Minefield is developed and operated by No NPC, LLC, a company based

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following information when you use Minefield:
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your
display name and email address from Google as part of the
authentication process.
- Gameplay data: We store game results, scores, win/loss records,
and multiplayer room activity to support leaderboards and game
history.
- Device information: Basic technical data such as device type and
operating system version may be collected for the purpose of
diagnosing errors.
We do not collect precise location data, payment information, or any
sensitive personal information.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
- Enable multiplayer features such as room creation and matchmaking
- Display your display name to other players in multiplayer sessions
- Track game statistics and scores
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the app
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any
automated decision-making.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third
parties.
Your information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- Google Firebase: We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in.
Google's privacy policy applies to their handling of authentication

- Other players: Your display name and game statistics are visible to
other players in multiplayer sessions and on in-game leaderboards.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do
so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account
is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove
your personal information within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate
gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Minefield is rated E (Everyone) and is suitable for all ages. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under the
age of 13 beyond what is necessary to provide the app's features.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal
information without parental consent, please contact us at
andrewnonpc@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights
regarding your data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

8. SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or
destruction. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method
of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Minefield uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase Authentication: Sign-in provider
- Railway: Cloud hosting for the game server and database
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they
handle data. We encourage you to review their policies.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we
will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Minefield after changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of the updated policy.
